Prefixing with \"meta-\" is often used by Shopify themes to prevent tags from being seen by customers on your store.\n\nThen go to your Stocky Preferences and fill out \"Ignore products with tags\" with your selected tag name e.g \"meta-discontinued\".\n\n##What is the difference between Vendor and Supplier?\n\nVendors are just very simple suppliers created automatically from your Shopify store to save time.\n\nYou will need to use the supplier option when:\n\n* You need a currency that is different to your base currency\n* You order multiple brands from the same supplier\n* You have multiple suppliers for the same product and need separate cost price lists\n* You have multiple suppliers for the same product and need separate supplier codes\n\n##Why are some quantities red, orange, green and grey?\n\nGreen shows that the item is in stock\n\nOrange shows that the item may go out of stock within the estimated supplier lead time\n\nRed shows that the item is out of stock\n\nGrey shows that the item is in stock but has no sales within the sample period to forecast whether or not it is likely to go out of stock.\n\n##How do I set reorder points?\n\nBy default Stocky will automatically create reorders points for you to save time based on the supplier lead time and sales per day.  For example if you sell 5 blue socks per day and your supplier lead time is 10 days then the low stock warning will be triggered once you reach 50 blue socks left in stock.\n\nTo override the automatic reorder points, from the [Low Stock Variants](https://app.stockyhq.com/dashboard/low_stock) page click Settings then Reorder Points.\n\n##Does Stocky integrate with Shopify's Transfers feature?\n\nWe're waiting for Shopify to open up their API (allow us access) to the Transfers feature. As soon as they do, we'll be on to it!\n\n##What does ELT mean?\n\nELT is the Estimated Lead Time. This is roughly the length of time it takes your suppliers to deliver your products once you've placed an order. So that your products don't go out of stock it is good to order from your suppliers before your stock depletes. ELT can be set store wide or per vendor.\n\n##What does depletion mean?\n\nDepletion is the estimated number of days until a variant goes out of stock.\n\n##How is depletion estimated?\n\nDepletion is estimated based on the rate of sales over the last 30 days. That rate is then used in conjunction with your stock levels to estimate the number of days until your stock depletes.
